Barbara Klinger

Biography

Barbara Klinger is a partner of Schindler Attorneys. She is an established attorney specialized in collective and individual employment and labor law. Barbara is highly regarded as an expert litigator advising numerous national and international companies. Poised to handle the full scope of employment law including transactional employment law, conflict management and cross-border employment law, she represents companies or employees at court.

Barbara joined Schindler Attorneys as a partner in 2016 where she established and built-up the firm’s employment law practice. Previously she spent 10 years at Cerha Hempel, where she was part of the employment and labor law group. Prior to that she practiced with Kunz Schima Wallentin as well as Wolf Theiss.

Barbara holds a law degree from the University of Vienna and is member of the Austrian Bar Association. Before her career as a lawyer Barbara studied modern dance in the Netherlands.

She has published several articles on employment law and is a frequent speaker at seminars and inhouse lessons regarding employment law and conflict management.

Several international legal directories such as “Chambers Europa” and “Legal 500” rank Barbara as one of Austria’s leading experts in her area of practice.
