Vienna, 15 April 2025 – Schindler Attorneys advised growth investor ScaleUp Capital on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in XiTrust, a leading provider of enterprise-grade e-signature solutions for the DACH region:
Established in 2014 and based in Graz, Austria, XiTrust’s deep understanding of the DACH markets, regulations, and local business needs has led to its product, MOXIS, becoming one of the region’s leading e-signature platforms. With a growing presence in Germany and Switzerland, XiTrust today serves a client base of over 350 companies across a range of industries, including HR Services, Finance, Legal, and Automotive.
