Michaela Pelinka is a partner at Schindler Attorneys, specializing in real estate and tenancy law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as corporate and commercial law. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has advised a broad range of national and international companies, particularly excelling in corporate and M&A transactions with a focus on real estate.
Prior to joining Schindler Attorneys, Michaela honed her expertise at leading Austrian law firms, contributing to major projects across Austria and the CEE region. Her extensive background includes advising on complex transactions, property development, and real estate portfolio structuring.
Michaela earned her law degree from the University of Vienna, complemented by advanced certifications in international legal and real estate topics. Beyond her legal practice, she is committed to education, regularly delivering lectures and workshops on topics such as civil law fundamentals, real estate law, and contract drafting.
