Dominik Stella

Biography

Dominik Stella is a partner at Schindler Attorneys, specializing in employment law and data protection. Dominik’s legal practice encompasses all matters of individual employment law and collective employment law. He advises companies and managers on transformation, integration and restructuring projects, management and compliance matters, compensation as well as on the deployment of external staff. He also represents our clients nationwide in court, out-of-court proceedings and collective bargaining.

Before joining Schindler Attorneys, he worked for leading Austrian law firms and as a university assistant at the Institute for Labor and Social Law at the University of Vienna. 

Dominik earned his law degree from the University of Vienna. He is a lecturer at the University of Vienna and frequent speaker on employment law issues. He also regularly publishes articles relating to his field of expertise.
