Martin Abram

Biography

Martin Abram is a founding partner of Schindler Attorneys. He is a sought-after expert in his field with a long tenure of expertise in the areas of corporate, M&A, private equity and finance. His expertise especially lies with corporate and real estate mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization and project and real estate financing. Additionally, Martin is also active in equity capital market transactions and commercial and residential leasing transactions. His practice is complemented by general real estate work and contracts work.

Before establishing Schindler Attorneys, Martin spent 15 years at WOLF THEISS,12 years as a partner. Prior to that he practiced at Cerha, Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati in Vienna. Martin holds law degrees from the University of Vienna and the University of Nottingham School of Law. He was admitted to the Austrian bar in 2003. 

As an expert in his field, Martin has published numerous articles regarding corporate and energy law and has contributed to several WOLF THEISS publications. He is also author and co-editor of a book on the general meeting of Austrian stock operations.
