M&A Disputes
Our disputes practice has a strong focus on transaction and corporate related disputes and regularly assists clients in post M&A disputes involving purchasers, sellers, or former targets alike. Different from many other firms, we involve the dispute resolution team already at the beginning of a transaction to identify potential issues and not only when a matter gets contentious. For example, we help clients understand the pros and cons of arbitration or agreeing on a particular forum for disputes, thus creating a conflict resolute road map.
