Our Specialists
Private Equity Transactions
The members of the Private Equity Practice have extensive experience in the structuring of acquisitions and the financing of private and public companies, negotiated as well as unsolicited tenders, exchange and combined offers, going private transactions, consolidations, spin-offs and minority investments. We regularly represent a broad range of constituents in various contexts, from serving buyout, venture, mezzanine, specialist debt, hedge and real estate funds in their investments, to sellers of businesses, start-ups in financing rounds and portfolio company managers.
Funds Structuring and Secondaries
Another focus of our Private Equity Practice is funds structuring. We support both originators in connection with the formation and operation of private funds as well as investors in connection with their investments in private funds. In addition, our Private Equity Practice represents secondary investors in connection with their acquisitions of limited partnership interests in private funds and or individual portfolio companies.
